NEWS:

Donahou Catches Eye of Colleges......

B.P.S. student, Left-Handed pitcher Ty Donahou of Peninsula High School, has received recruiting information from college baseball coaches interested in signing him to a National Letter of Intent to attend their school and play baseball. 

Among the schools sending and asking for information on Ty are UCLA, Arizona State, Gonzaga University, University of Portland and Oregon State, all NCAA-Division I schools.

Randall accepts new position......

Pitching Coach Pete Randall has been hired as the new Pitching Coach at Olympic College in Bremerton, Washington according to Head Baseball Coach Ryan Parker. 

Randall has taught baseball for 40+ years and is a former Major League Scout for the Philadelphia Phillies and Boston Red Sox as well as teaching and coaching baseball since 1965.

Skoubo signs with WSU..................

Ryan Skoubo, LHP from Olympic High School, has signed his Letter of Intent to Washington State for pitching in 2012.  Congrats to another BPS student getting a D-1 college scholarship.

Robinson accepts position with the Northwest Blaze Baseball Club......

Colby Robinson, graduate of BPS and former RHP at University of Puget Sound, has accepted the Pitching Coach position on the 16U select Northwest Blaze Baseball Club for 2011.

Collins elects to play at Olympic College..............

Trevor Collins, RHP, graduate of BPS has enrolled at Olympic College in Bremerton, Washington and will pitch for the Rangers in 2011.  Collins is a 2010 graduate of Peninsula High School in Gig Harbor, Washington.

Hnatishin enrolls at St. Martins......

John Hnatishin, RHP, a graduate of BPS and North Kitsap High School, has enrolled at St. Martins University in Lacy, Washington and will play baseball.  John was one of the main pitchers in high school and for the North Kitsap Legion team.

Manjarez signs with Oregon State.................

Spencer Manjarez, RHP and Outfielder has signed to be a "Beaver" in 2012.  Spencer graduated from the B.P.S. program in 2010 and attend Gig Harbor High School.  Congrats Spencer.
