    Session Information

 

  • Full payment is required at 1st session.
  • Payment may be made in cash or by check
  • NO jeans or levi's worn during session.
  • Gym Shoes only indoors.  Spikes on the Diamond.
  • 24 Hour notification of session non-attendance required by student or session time will be forfeited and not re-scheduled and No Refund of fees.
  • $25.00 Rescheduling fee
  • Student is responsible for having own baseball glove.
  • Registration/Release form is to be signed by Parent and Student at 1st session to enroll.
  • Recomendation - bring long sleeve sweatshirt or jacket to wear after the end of session.

      Session Procedures

 

  • Student is to arrive a minimum of 5 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of session.  Late arrival will subtract minutes from scheduled session time.
  • Student is to "warmup" upper and lower body, legs especially.
  • DO NOT THROW baseballs without Instructor's permission at any time.
  • Instructor will teach the basic warm up routine that you will do for at least the first 10 minutes of the session.
  • Baseball glove will be worn during all sessions.
  • Parents are allowed to quietly observe the instruction of their student in the designated observation area.  Any questions on instruction may be asked after session is completed.
  • Students are encouraged to bring Water to each session.
  • Student will be given drill homework to complete prior to the next scheduled session.
  • After a session with throwing the baseball, it is stongly recommended that student put ice on the shoulder area for 20 minutes and the elbow area for 10 minutes within 45 minutes of the end of the session
